How to read a creatine label

The useful line is the grams per day. Flavor is optional.

Creatine monohydrate has been the same molecule for a long time. A useful label says a serving is about five grams, and that you take it every day, including days you do not train.

Unflavored powder stirs into water. Flavored tubs add sweeteners and acids. They are not a better creatine. They are a drink.

Skip a tub that folds creatine into a long blend and then hides the grams. If the grams are missing, the dose is missing.
